TERMS OF SALE
Orders are set On Hold until payment clears.
You are responsible for supplying all required information when submitting an order, including complete name, shipping address, telephone number, and valid e-mail address. No responsibility is assumed for misdelivery due to incorrect information supplied by the customer. Rolandas Pocius reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, in which case the customer’s sole remedy is a refund of any payment(s) made for such order.
It is not possible to change your order once it has been placed.
You acknowledge and understand that colours, as seen on a computer monitor, may not look the same as the colours as they appear on art prints, no guarantee is made that any image as seen online will necessarily match exactly the colours and tones on the final product.
Applicable sales tax will be added to all orders.
Free Worldwide delivery. Please allow a delivery time of at least 3-4 weeks. If your print arrives damaged or broken, please contact. I will happily replace it, but I’ll need a picture of the damage. Requests must be received within 30 days of delivery and must include a copy of the shipping receipt and photographic proof of the damage for me to review and decide whether the damage occurred during shipping. If I approve your request for a replacement, I will not charge you for the new print but you will be responsible for paying the costs of returning the damaged item.
I gladly accept returns. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Also, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
The refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, I can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at email@example.com .
